Located near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the university's coastline campus on the Red Sea features high-quality residences, extensive recreational facilities and beach, a multicultural environment, and a high quality of life for employees and their families.Job SummaryDevelop and administer initiatives/programs to train and develop Saudi nationals in specific professional career-paths and provide sources of Saudi professionals for KAUST and possibly the Saudi Arabian community. Work closely with KAUST Human Resources to assess programs and provide recommendations as necessary.Major Responsibilities• Develop the infrastructure to create a pipeline of young Saudi graduates and train them in professional and administrative areas related to Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, and other business areas.• Develop programs to train and enrich Saudi professional in technical tracks and specialized fields such as school teaching and lab equipment maintenance.• Work closely with the Manager, Specialized Enrichment and KAUST Human Resources to assess programs and provide recommendations as necessary.• Ensure the effective and efficient management of key initiatives and projects compliance with University and Department policies and human resource regulations.• Research, assess, recommend and develop new initiatives/projects which will serve to further promote the development of career and professional talent within KAUST.• Work with the Manager, Specialized Enrichment to develop and manage key relationships, externally with ind Own a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAny Job Skills Required Education• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
