Role Summary: Theincumbentwillbeprimarilyresponsibleforhandlingspecialaccounts&providingbestservicelevelinPBdelivered to internal & external customers Role Description: Actwithinthelimitsofthepowersdelegatedtotheincumbent. Execution&reconciliationofalltransactionsrelatedtospecialaccounts. Ensureallrequestsaredonepromptly&accuratelytoprovidebestserviceleveltoSAPBclients. SolveandhandlecriticalissuesrelatedtoSAPBcustomers. ToassistcustomersinalltheirqueriesonBank'sproductandseeksolutiontotheirrequests. MaintainactivitiesinaccordancewithServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs)withinternaldepartments/unitstoachieve improvements in turn-around time. Buildandmaintainstrong/effectiverelationshipswithrelateddepartments/unitstoachievetheGroup'sobjectives. Providetimely/accuratedatatoexternal/internalAuditors,Compliance,FinancialControlandRiskwhenrequired. Ensure checking MOTCsystemregularlytoexecuteSpecialAccount'srequestswithnodelay. Handle the end of day reconciliation of SA transactions and send copy with original request along with the bank copy to clients. Obtainspecialrateapprovalbasedonclient'srequestsfromtopmanagement. ProposenewwaystoimprovetheserviceorprocedureforthePBSAclients Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, GroupCompliancePolicies andProcedures(AML&CTF,SanctionsPolicy,DataProtectionPolicy,FraudControl Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). Understandandeffectivelyperform yourroleundertheThreeLinesofDefenseprincipleto identifymeasure, monitor, manage and report risks. EnsuresystematicgoodoutcomesforclientsinaccordancewithConductRiskpolicy. Supporttheframework ofRCSA,KRI,Incidentreportingandremediation,asappropriate,inaccordancewith the Operational Risk Management requirements. Maintainappropriateknowledgetoensurefullqualificationtoundertaketherole. CompleteallmandatorytrainingprovidedbytheBank,attain,andmaintaintherequiredlevelsofcompetence. Attendmandatory(internalandexternal)seminarsasinstructedbytheBank. Ensurehighstandardsofdataprotectionandconfidentialitytosafeguardcommerciallysensitiveinformation. Maintaining utmost confidentiality concerning customer and internal bank information obtained during the course ofbusinessandprovidesuchinformationonaneedtoknowbasisonlytoSeniorManagementofQNB,Auditand Compliance functions, and relevant Regulators. MaintainhighprofessionalstandardstoupholdQNB'sreputationandtostrengthenitsmarketleadershipposition. All other adhoc duties/ activities related to QNB that management might request from time to time Qualifications: BachelordegreeUniversityGraduate/preferredwithaMajorinMarketing,Banking,Finance,Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study), Atleast2yearsofrelevantexperience,preferablywithinahighlyratedinternationalbank. RequiredSpecialSkills Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills(includingreportwriting)inEnglish andArabic. Goodinterpersonalandpresentationskills. Understandingoftherelevantlaws,regulations,andpractices. Abilitytomakedecisionsandfollowthroughwithinitiatives. Personalintegrityandself-management. Planning,organizing,andanalyticalability. Resultsoriented. Stronganalyticalskillsandtheabilitytocommunicatebothverballyandinwritingwithalllevelsofmanagement.
