Work Experience At least 5+ years hands-on expertise on IBM RO tool, End to end configuration, workflow design, implementation, and support.Skills and SpecificationsGood domain Knowledge in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Good knowledge in requirement gathering and business process analysis.Address resiliency at business process levelGood Tool knowledge in CRO (IBM RO) Tool. Improve RTO and RPOAutomate Drill failover management.Build custom workflows. Expertise on building reports and customized reportsComplete DR lifecycle monitoring and managementHeterogeneous environment supportSimplify and accelerate DR processes.Optional add-ons for managed servicesPotential of handling multiple tasks easily and capable of meeting deadlines. Good knowledge in IT infrastructure, Network, Windows, Linux, UnixResponsibilitiesIBM RO AdministrationManage IBM RO tool delivery (end to end)Monitor RO tool on daily alerts, disruption and drive it till closer.Proactively investigate short fall and work on improvement of RO toolCoordinate and Root Cause Analysis for major incident (Severity 1) during recovery exercises. Fair Understanding of Recovery & Resilience management life cycle. Determining the adequate test environment drill & test plan requirements Coordinating with various technology teams to develop drill Test environments and Test Evaluation Summaries across heterogeneous infrastructure layers. Drill execution co-ordination, incident / issues tracking during drills. Experience in recovery testing data collection, analysis and reporting with recommendation of alterations to improve recovery performance. Affluent in tools that enable DR replication and automation.Improve reporting across systems.
