Job Title Call for Experts - Armenia Location AM (Primary) Category International Job Type Full-time Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Bachelor's Degree Travel Up to 25% Job Description CNFA is currently seeking applications from qualified candidates in the following areas for an upcoming USAID-funded Armenia Economic Growth Single Holder IDIQ and Food Security Task Order. This program covers multiple areas under USAID/Armenia’s Economic Growth Portfolio, including but not limited to disaster resilience and recovery and food security. CNFA is currently seeking applications for the following types of professionals with a minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in their respective specialty to support this project. Please indicate the area(s) of expertise for which you would like to apply in your application: 

  • Disaster risk management and preparedness 
  • Disaster and crisis recovery management 
  • Market systems development and private sector engagement 
  • Staple crop production and management 
  • Agricultural mechanization 
  • Data collection and research, specifically to improve early warning and management 
  • Institutional capacity building
  • Access to finance
  • Governance to improve economic outcomes 
  • Collaboration with national, and local governments, and private sector 
  • Grants management 
  • Monitoring and evaluation 
  • Strategic communications and outreach 
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in respective sector or area of expertise; 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field is required, completion of a Master’s degree is preferred; 
  • Experience working on USAID-funded development projects is preferred; 
  • Experience with the areas of expertise listed above in Armenia;
  • Fluency in English is required.
