A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  2. Source and screen resumes and job applications
  3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  7. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  8. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
  9. Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
  10. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  6. Strong networking and sourcing abilities
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  8. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  9. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic
