  • Lead the design and development of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric systems, from concept to implementation.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource assessments to identify optimal locations for renewable energy installations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project designs, ensuring maximum energy production, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform technical analysis and modeling of renewable energy systems, including energy yield assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in renewable energy project design and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, design, or engineering.
  • Strong technical skills in renewable energy system design, simulation, and analysis.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy policy, incentives, and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for sustainability and a deep commitment to advancing renewable energy solutions.
