  • Participar en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas de los diferentes sistemas de gestión tales como: Calidad, Ambiental y Energía.
  • Asistir en la implementación de las políticas y procedimientos de planta, relacionados a los procesos de auditorías, acciones correctivas y preventivas en cumplimiento a los sistemas de gestión.
  • Participar en el entrenamiento y/o asesoría del personal para ampliar el conocimiento en temas relacionados al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, ambiental y energía.
  • Preparar el programa de auditorías anual y asegurar que las auditorias son ejecutadas y cerradas de acuerdo con el plan establecido.
  • Desarrollar auditorías internas a las diferentes áreas de acuerdo con el plan para evaluar el cumplimiento con los diferentes estándares aplicables.
  • Comunicar a la gerencia del área correspondiente los resultados de auditorías de forma efectiva.
  • Preparar reportes, estatus y analizar tendencias de resultados de auditorias internas/externas para ser presentadas según sea requerido.
  • Controlar y mantener registros de auditorías ya sea física o electrónicamente en el sistema aplicable.
  • Identificar, investigar y participar en la solución de fallas potenciales que representen un riesgo al sistema.
  • Administrar el seguimiento a las discrepancias generadas en auditorías internas y/o externas.
  • Desarrollar la revisión de nuevos requerimientos o cambios para asegurar el cumplimiento a los requerimientos.
  • Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos bajo su responsabilidad.
