Logistics Coordinator Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As our company expands into new markets and opportunities, we need someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we welcome candidates of all nationalities to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries. - Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing agreements. - Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. - Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders as needed. - Communicate any delays or issues with shipments to relevant parties. - Ensure proper storage and handling of goods in warehouses. - Optimize transportation routes for cost efficiency. - Collaborate with other departments such as sales and purchasing to forecast demand for products. Qualifications: - Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred but not required. - Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. - Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis is preferred. Requirements for Nationality/Language Preferences: We welcome candidates of all nationalities for this position. Fluency in English is required for effective communication within the team.
