Our company is looking for a well-rounded Tagalog speaker Head of Accounts who can join immediately with at least 5 years of UAE experience. Zoho Books knowledge is preferred. Can work with minimum supervision and have a good work ethic. With a strong personality when it comes to work. Duties and Responsibilities: · Preparation of accurate quarterly and yearly financial reports and schedules · Preparation of ad hoc management reports when required · Management of the cash flow · Management of Corporate Tax, VAT, payroll, end-of-service and other employee benefits · Management of the accounting team · Preparation of project profitability reports · Responsible for hiring, training, and guiding accounting and administrative staff · Liaising with external auditors and banks · Responsible for regulatory compliance Qualifications and Requirements: · Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional certification is often required. · Extensive experience in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record in a leadership role. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards , and regulations. · Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. · Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
