Position Summary: The Project Director at Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development is responsible for the overarching management of our most significant real estate development projects. This pivotal role encompasses the comprehensive oversight of project lifecycles to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and standard-exceeding completions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both construction and real estate development within the Dubai market, with a proven ability to lead diverse project teams, manage contractors, and engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders effectively. This position requires a proactive, hands-on approach to various project management functions, including value engineering, estimation, procurement, site management, and vendor management, to achieve exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the supply chain, ensuring quality and cost management align with design specifications through effective QA/QC practices. · Lead tender processes comprehensively, encompassing tendering, value engineering, cost estimation, and the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ). · Direct the construction management processes to ensure a smooth flow of activities, adherence to deadlines, and conformity with construction drawings and plans. · Collaborate with third-party vendors on design and architecture to ensure brand alignment and project efficiency. · Facilitate approval processes and manage contracts, acting as a liaison and supervisor with various stakeholders. · Oversee relationships with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and financial institutions, ensuring productive collaborations. · Ensure the effective management of project costs, negotiate favorable prices and payment schedules, and support the accounts, finance, and marketing teams with necessary documentation and assistance for smooth project delivery. Qualifications: · A minimum of 20 years of overall construction experience with 10 years of experience in construction and real estate development in Dubai, including significant roles in project and site management. · A demonstrated track record of leading projects from inception through to completion, supported by a strong portfolio of successful projects. · Experience in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and new project development. · Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with authorities, streamlining the approval process for projects. · Proficient in vendor management, with experience in engaging and managing consultants, contractors, and supply vendors. · Expertise in budget optimization and cost control within project procurement. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, supplemented by professional certifications in Project Management. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams concurrently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
