Job details
- Degree/Diploma in Bio-medical Engineering or equivalent.
- Reports to Bio-Medical Engineering Manager and Head of Bio-Medical Engineering – Maintenance daily. Accurately performs all administrative and clerical tasks assigned to them.
- Arrange delivery of medical equipment spare parts to Engineers daily, maintain inventory of spare parts and update the status to Head of Bio-Medical Engineering – Maintenance section.
- Issue installation work orders to engineers for all business-as-usual installation in Health centers as per the instruction from Senior Engineers /Head of Bio-Medical Engineering – Maintenance and follow up the work completion.
- Coordinates to the CMMS Administrator and provide the details of new equipment installation to create new asset tags.
- Inform medical equipment suppliers about the PPM due in every month.
- Collect the PPM and corrective maintenance report from engineers and upload in shared folder.
- Prepare and submit Monthly consumption of spare parts and submit to Head of Bio-Medical Engineering – Maintenance.
- Documents all related concerns on external vendors and reports to Head of biomedical of biomedical Maintenance as needed.
- Makes detailed reports and constantly updates the status of newly procured equipment, spare parts, and other related matters to the department.
- Must be able to make presentations in PDF, PowerPoint or other formats regarding new Health Center projects, tender status, existing and new equipment delivery, installation, maintenance, service contracts, KPIs and other important matters to us is higher management as needed by the Head of Bio-Medical Engineering.
- Pro-actively supports Resource No. 3 as back-up, coordinating with CMMS Administrator and record detailed documents on all related concerns, prepare technical and commercial evaluation worksheets reports for procurement of medical equipment and relevant consumables and spare parts.
