Learning Manager - Dubai & Abu Dhabi Jobs CHANEL
Description:
In close alignment with the Middle East & India training team, coordinate and implement training sessions
Prepare collection trainings, client experience trainings, briefings
Propose and organize a training calendar for novelties, and other boutique needs
Identify subject matter experts in the boutique to enrich and co-animate training sessions / morning briefs
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, Middle East & Paris Training teams, Boutiques Manager
Prepare collection trainings, briefings and other trainings
Follow the new starter process with new joiners, in collaboration with line manager
Ensure teams have done pre work before attending training sessions (Message Mode, Expert trainings)
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years training experience.
Demonstrate excellent observation and listening skills and express yourself clearly and engagingly.
Demonstrate a humble attitude and equality in your approach.
Experienced in coaching and training and are passionate about developing others to achieve high performance.
