Executive Director of Finance - Qatari National Only Mackenzie Jones has been assigned this highly confidential brief from a leading player in the Qatar energy sector. They require a highly talented Qatari Finance Director with drive and ambition as part of my clients next stage of development.The RoleFunctionally the successful candidate will:- Oversee a rapidly expanding Finance and IT department- Oversee the production of all accounting statements and reports- Working closely with the CEO, formulate and drive strategy, annual business plans, policies and procedures- Ensure the Finance/IT team are empowered and have all resources to execute business strategy- Take an active role in any growth or investment opportunities that arise- Oversee all relationship with external auditors, consultants and other relevant finance/banking institutions- Manage key internal stakeholders effectively- Ensure compliance to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements The PersonThe successful candidate will:- Be a Qatari national- Have extensive relevant senior finance experience- As a minimum posses a recognised finance related degree, ideally with a professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA etc)- Have exposure to the Energy sector- High energy, great communication skills, an empowering management style and a determination to succeed are all essential interpersonal requirementsSalaryQAR Highly competitiveBenefitsIndustry leading About The Company Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting and Engineering recruitment expertise.
