Job Description - Talent Acquisition Officer (ESO0001SW) Job Description Talent Acquisition Officer - ( ESO0001SW ) Description Main Purpose of the Job: · Provide advice and assistance to other departments on staff recruitment · Assist management with developing HR forms and documents · Assist management with implementation of HR policies and procedures Main Duties / Responsibilities: • Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant positions • Schedule and organize interviews • Conduct reference checks when required • Issuing/ providing mobilization tickets. • Collate, disseminate & inform all concerned about new joiners arrival, flight information & monitoring • Coordinating closely with various line Managers and Supervisors and ensure their recruitment needs are fulfilled according to required specifications and provide them with advisory services relation to their recruitment needs. • Posting positions on job portals and company website, search resumes and identify potential candidates as per requirement. • Coordinate and follow up interview with clients and initiate mobilization action for selected candidates and follow up until arrival of the new employee. • Update the management regarding each and every stage of recruitment and mobilization activities. • Develop recruitment sources locally. • Ensure regular participation in job interview and other employee recruitment events. • Maintain close relationship with Managers and Supervisors in interviewing and selection procedures. • Processing the recruitment invoices and travel invoices for mobilization tickets. • Provide and manage day-to-day transactions and HR services as required • Update & generate reports related to recruitment if required • Updating personal & payroll information of New Joiners in GP/Oracle • Updating personal & payroll information of Old employees (for any changes) in GP/Oracle • Updating movements of staff from all projects in GP/Oracle • Terminations/ Resignation in in GP/Oracle • Coordinate with all project’s managers for staff movements • Providing Manpower information to all projects upon their request • Assist in the implementation of GP/Oracle • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop strong and effective working relationships • Bilingual, fluent in English and Arabic • Well versed in computer programs and applications • Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations at any time #J-18808-Ljbffr
