Facility Management Supervisor for the development of its business ,operations and managementEligibility: Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to negotiate and communicate with various outside contractors and vendors. Expertise in administration, budgeting, scheduling, management, MEP, Inventory & Purchasing,supervision, security and general services. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient computer skills Must be able to create a scope of work.
