The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a strong expertise in various hair extension techniques.Responsibilities:· Consult with clients to determine their hair extension needs and desired outcomes.· Provide recommendations on suitable hair extension options based on clients' hair type, texture, and preferences.· Perform hair extension services, including but not limited to tape-in extensions, sew-in extensions, fusion extensions, and micro-link extensions.· Ensure precise application of hair extensions to achieve natural-looking results.· Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to salon sanitation and safety standards.· Stay updated on the latest hair extension trends, techniques, and products.· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized care.· Educate clients on proper hair extension care and maintenance to prolong the lifespan of their extensions.· Handle client inquiries effectively and professionally.Requirements:· Proven experience as a Hair Extension Specialist or similar role.· Proficiency in various hair extension methods and techniques.· Strong knowledge of different hair types, textures, and colors.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.· Creative flair and attention to detail.· Portfolio showcasing previous hair extension work is preferred.If you are passionate about hair styling and have a knack for creating stunning hair extension transformations, we would love to hear from you.
