The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. Leverages provided resources to ensure the successful application and continuous development of Revenue Management techniques for maximizing the generation of rooms' revenue, as well as any other revenue streams such as catering, restaurant or spa revenues.Qualifications

Job Description

Leads strategic planning and collaborateswith all hotel profit generation teams toactively seek opportunities to driveincremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants,Spas, and other revenuestreams.

Leverages Revenue Management analytics,technologies, processes, tools, and trainingprograms to optimize hotelprofits.

Creates short- and long-term forecasts, thatyield the best decisions on pricing andyielding tactics for rooms, outletsand Conventioncenters

Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management.

Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels

Provide guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing, group pricing for each group, and wholesale pricing

Manages reservations team

Actively participates in ownershipconversations andpresentations.

Monitors relevant economic, market, andcompetitive set indicators to derive insight-led profit generationstrategies

Motivate, lead, coach and manage all aspectsof team members' performance towardsachieving exceptional guest service andemployee satisfaction results.Additional Information

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years ofexperience in similarcapacity.

Strong communicationskills, both verbal andwritten

Dynamic can-doattitude

Strong analytical skills andattention todetail

Experience with RMsystems like Ideas, TARShighlypreferred

Ability to complete workwithin givendeadlines

Maintain confidentiality ofproprietary informationand protect companyassets
