We are looking forArea Division Manager EPC-3for one of our clients with the following details:Start Date: ASAPDuration: 36 MonthsLocation: Doha, Qatar - ONSHOREQualifications & Experience Required:Bachelor degree in engineering or project managementMinimum 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in Project Management for large and complex EPC contracts.Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.Experience with LNG Projects.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides visible SHES leadership at EPC-3 RLIC workfronts .Responsible and accountable within his area to coordinate, review and approve the deliverables associated to the Gate 4 reviews.Focal point, responsible and accountable for the whole EPCC scope and activities within his area from EPC-3 Contractor Home Offices to RLIC Site.Undertakes complex tasks and acts as a source of guidance to the Team and Stakeholders - bring solution and provide support but not generate unnecessary works to the Team and/or the EPC-3 Contractor.The position is deputized to the Project Manager EPC-3/4 to be responsible and accountable for the Engineering, Procurement Construction and Completion (EPCC) scopes of a specified large area of the PLANT. The position requires proven Project Management skills and experience including experience for similar large and complex Projects.The position will have full delegation from the Project Manager within his / her assigned area, acting as a Project Manager that implies authority towards the Project Management Team, in particular Engineering, Contracts, Schedule, Quality and Information Management, Procurement, Construction Engineering and pre-commissioning/commissioning preparation as well as ensuring that Operations Expansion Department is kept informed and participate to key meetings and decisions.The position shall directly interact with its counterpart at EPC-3 Contractor on the premise that both COMPANY and EPC-3 Contractor organizations are "mirroring".The position shall be responsible for all activities related to the COMPANY ITEMS Assignment / Novation Agreements, in particular for Category 1 COMPANY ITEMS that shall be progressed and completed at the end of the Letter of Award period. COMPANY ITEMS are assigned to the Area Division Managers, consistent with the area they are responsible for.The position includes a strong coordination and interaction with Head of Contracts or Contracts Specialist, including preparing letters, chairing meetings with EPC-3 Contractor, taking lead for the review, approval and follow-up of the Change Orders within his area.The position includes strong coordination and interaction with the Head of Planning or Planning and Schedule Specialist in order to keep a close control on the schedule and key Project and Progress Milestones within his area.If interested,kindly apply!#J-18808-Ljbffr
