Leading Global Recruiter with offices across 60+ locations around the World are currently looking to recruit experienced Recruiters for a range of opportunities within our Qatar business across both our Permanent and Contract Division's.As Qatar invests over $150bn in the infrastructure projects across the Country our Engineering / Construction and Oil & Gas teams are experiencing huge increases in demand for skilled professionals from our client base. We are currently looking for experienced recruiters with a minimum of 4 years experience to join our team in client facing roles.Acting in a Business Development capacity our Senior Consultants are responsible for the identification, winning and management of clients in order to generate revenue on a repeated basis across the year, delivering high levels of delivery and service to our client base. With a established Research team in place, the role will be 100% focused on client development and management whilst the research team focus' on the delivery of candidates to meet the agreed SLA's.Qatar is a rapidly growing expat environment offering an excellent life style, high levels of TAX FREE earnings and a booming market place. We are interested in hearing from experienced Recruitment professionals or Business Developers with a proven background in the identifying and winning of clients, ideally with the Engineering or O+G sectors all though not essential. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and execute business development strategies as well as show a determination to succeed and the ambition to be successful.
