We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance and repair operations of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all mechanical equipment and systems are running smoothly and efficiently, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and ensure their adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.- Plan and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and replacements.- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to prevent downtime and increase efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements, using computerized maintenance management systems.- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize impact on production operations.- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.- Train and mentor new and existing team members on proper maintenance procedures and techniques.Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of mechanical technicians.- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, systems, and maintenance techniques.- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems and other relevant software.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus.If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for mechanical maintenance and a strong commitment to safety and quality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Abunayyan Holding.We offer a competitive salary package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic and diverse organization.Join us and be a part of our journey towards continued success and innovation in the Middle East market.
