Our client is a luxury fashion They have been considered one of the worlds most prominent fashion houses and known for its modern and iconic pieces for all Today, they market a broad range of ready-to-wear products, leather goods, shoes, jewelry, crystal, stationery, fragrances, watches, leather goods, and Position: VM Specialist Position Overview Describe the overall purpose of the position, considering how it supports the overall goals of the Consider that this description may be used for external or internal The Visual Merchandising (VM) Market Specialist role is responsible for leveraging and adapting VM initiatives to drive business results in their dedicated Market including in-store, events, exhibitions and new store openings - while enhancing the Brand story through a cohesive blend of creativity and They will partner closely with the retail teams and regional stakeholders to ensure in-store presentation is always at it s Key Accountabilities

Describe the key accountabilities of the job the main areas of Estimate the percentage of time that would be spent on

% of time Sum to 100% Visual Merchandising Partner with Regional CVM/Merchandising teams and retail stakeholders to align on collection placement strategy in market and implement floorplan moves by pairing with the Retail Provide timely feedback and updates to the effectiveness of floor plan Ensure styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores, including partnering with Retail teams to identify any VM collateral needs and market specific Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on training plans for VM Track the effectiveness of company product initiatives that are highlighted within the caseline and creative fixtures and share with Regional and Market 40% Creative Campaigns Deliver Global VM campaign direction to support Market initiatives and to drive traffic to Ensure the merchandise selected for each creative campaign fixture is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful Provide input and needs of creative campaign to the regional VM team to support their ordering process, logistics and installation for all Compile all requests for damages, missing collateral and any changes to the creative orders to the regional VM team for placement with global Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on creative campaign installation and maintenance training Track and share the effectiveness of creative 25% In-Store Environments & Retail Activations Assist in driving traffic into stores by partnering with Regional and Market stakeholders to leverage Global VM in-store environment and retail activation programs, such as seasonal floral arrangements or photo call Communicate and partner with Regional stakeholders on renderings, budget, production, vendor management and Review business impact and effectiveness of the initiative with Regional and Market 10% Events Partner with Market stakeholders to leverage Global CVM event direction to support Market Support in-store activations with floor plans and product selection where 5% Operations Partner with the Regional VM specialist liaising with vendors in-market, including in-store display needs, onboarding procedures, (when applicable) and invoice Manage in-market logistics for VM-related collateral Collaborate with the Regional VM specialist to continue developing and maintaining the network of VM in-store 15% New Store Openings and Renovations Identify and communicate VM components required for new store openings and renovations Partner Regional and Market stakeholders on the ordering, and installing of all VM collateral and Partner with Retail teams and Market stakeholders on pre- and post-opening training Review the business impact and effectiveness of the new store implementation and share ongoing updates as needed with Regional and Market Work with Market stakeholders on VM-related small works 5%

Requirements

Qualifications Specify all required and preferred qualifications such as experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certification or Include job-related requirements, for example: availability to work evenings and Required

2-5 years experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas- preferably luxury retail
Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers
Vendor and project management experience
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ambitious, flexible, out-going, enthusiastic
Able to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to groups
Flexible in working evenings and weekends, on occasion
Computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word
Working proficiency in English and market language/s
Must have authorization to work and remain in the market/region

Preferred

Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting
Knowledge of jewelry and jewelry display forms a
