We are seeking a dynamic andresultsoriented Business Development Executive specializing inFeasibility Studies and Market Research to join our team in DohaQatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inconducting thorough feasibility studies and market researchidentifying business opportunities and fostering strategicpartnerships to drive growth and expansioninitiatives.Responsibilities:Conductcomprehensive feasibility studies to assess the viability ofpotential business ventures and projects in variousindustries.Perform indepth marketresearch including competitor analysis market trends customerpreferences and regulatory requirements to identify keyopportunities and risks.Collaboratewith internal teams to gather relevant data and insights andutilize various research methodologies and tools to analyzefindings.Develop strategic businessplans and recommendations based on feasibility studies and marketresearch to support decisionmakingprocesses.Identify and evaluatepotential business opportunities partnerships and investmentprospects aligned with the companys objectives and growthstrategy.Build and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders including clients industryexperts government agencies and partners to facilitate businessdevelopment initiatives.Prepare anddeliver presentations reports and proposals to clients managementand stakeholders showcasing insights recommendations and valuepropositions.Stay updated onindustry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies toanticipate market changes and capitalize on newopportunities.Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including sales marketing finance andoperations to implement business development strategies and achievetargets.Monitor and evaluate theperformance of business development activities track key metricsand adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvementandsuccess.RequirementsBachelorsdegree in Business Administration Economics Marketing or relatedfield; Masters degreepreferred.Proven experience (4years) in business development feasibility studies and marketresearch preferably in Qatar or the MENAregion.Strong analytical skillswith the ability to gather interpret and present complex dataeffectively.Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills with the ability to buildrapport and influence stakeholders at alllevels.Strategic mindset with theability to identify and prioritize opportunities develop actionableplans and driveresults.Entrepreneurial spirit andselfmotivation with a proactive approach to problemsolving anddecisionmaking.Ability to workindependently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite and market researchtools/software.Fluency in English;Arabic language skills areadvantageous.Qatar driving licenseand willingness to travel asrequired.Strong understanding of international recruitment processes,including visa requirements and compliance regulations. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engagewith diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills andattention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitmentsoftware/systems. Fluency in additional languages may beadvantageous, depending on the target recruitmentmarkets.
