Lead the planning and implementation of the migration and BCDR strategies: Define the project's scope, timeframe, and budget. Identify and oversee dependencies across various departments and teams. Develop and execute risk management measures. Coordinate with the PMO and Stakeholders tower leads. Deliver regular updates to executive management as specified in the project work plan. Serve as the first point of escalation for any engagement issues. Demonstrate a strong grasp of data security and compliance requirements. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. Supervise the detailed Project Work Plan and critical dependencies. Effectively manage resources and stakeholders: Lead and inspire a team of technical specialists. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ensure client expectations are managed and maintain transparency throughout the project. Monitor progress and track milestones. Provide reports on project status and promptly address any issues. Participate in follow-up activities. Technical expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of (relevant technologies and systems). Stay up-to-date on emerging migration and BCDR trends and best practices. Oversee the testing and integration of new systems. Supervise data mapping, conversion, and validation processes. Proactively troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions. Manage and maintain project artifacts
