This individual thrives on challenges, constantly pushing the envelope in automotive technology, and drives their team to do the same.Responsibilities and Duties:• Product Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of new automotive products.• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of automotive engineers.• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, staying abreast with the latest in automotive technology, and integrating them into products.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure engineering solutions meet market demands.• Quality & Safety: Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring vehicles meet and exceed safety and performance benchmarks.Qualifications:• A Master's Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.• Over 14 years in the automotive industry, with significant experience in vehicle design and development.• A track record of successfully leading engineering teams and launching vehicles.• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
