Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Science-related field Minimum Experience- Minimum12 years including: • 5 Years Quality Assurance in Office Environment • 7 Years Quality Control and Inspection in Field / Shop Environment Job Specific Skills- • Very good command over written English. • Understanding the role and impact of quality in the overall project cycle and plant operation. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to write technical reports, business correspondence, technical procedures. • Ability to represent the department in frequent cross-functional interactions and possible customer, subcontractor, or vendor contacts. • Ability to provide solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. • Ensure competent  Inspectors are available to carryout the Inspections • RFI's planning is met • NCR's Closure • Inspectors compliance to ITP • Frequent site visits • Participation on Quality Walkthrough, Site Surveillance Sound technical knowledge related to welding, NDT, Heat Treatment, inspection & testing.  â€¢ Combined exposure to field and office work related to quality. • Knowledge of Engineering Standards, local codes and international standards and codes. • Ability to prepare / review Inspection & Test Plans and procedures in petro chemical projects. •  Ability to resolve differences between applicable codes and standards. • Interdisciplinary exposure. • Ability to judge the ability of Contractors, vendors and third party inspection agencies in providing acceptable quality of equipment and services. • Ability to identify quality trends and issues using quality reports, audit reports etc. select the issues to be highlighted to the managementWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
