As an Information System Specialist at JASARA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of information systems across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of information technology and its practical applications in a program management context. You will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, designing and developing system solutions, and providing technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.Responsibilities• Analyze user requirements and identify system solutions that meet business needs.• Design, develop, and implement information systems and applications.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.• Manage system configurations, including software installations, upgrades, and patch management.• Ensure system security and data integrity.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline information systems.• Document system processes, procedures, and user guides.
