Job Description:Our distinguished client, a Riyadh-based retail tech titan with global aspirations, is seeking a Chief Technology Officer. As they pioneer the next wave of retail innovations, they require a visionary CTO to architect the technological roadmap that will solidify their market leadership.Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop the company's strategy for using technological resources.• Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.• Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure.• Direct the development and possible implementation of software, ensuring alignment with business goals.• Lead a team of IT professionals to meet departmental and company objectives.• Collaborate with departments to integrate tech solutions for enhanced efficiency.• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.• Stay updated on IT trends, ensuring the company remains competitive.Qualifications:• Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.• 12+ years of managerial experience in IT or related sectors.• Demonstrated leadership in managing people, operations, and financials.• Strong project management and organizational skills.
