Job details

Actively engage potential customers to drive sales of CCTV and electronic appliances. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking referrals and cold calling. Present product information and conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their security needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from clients and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Site Visits and Consultation:

  • Conduct onsite visits to assess security requirements offer consultations and provide recommendations on suitable CCTV and electronic appliance solutions.
  • Collaborate with security consultants architects and contractors to understand project specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.

Quotations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare accurate quotations based on project requirements and negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Generate regular sales reports forecasts and updates for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success in UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage existing clientele and cultivate longterm relationships.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment.

From AED4000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

electronics mobiles cctv: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
