• Business Administration Manager is a highly visible role, supporting the Head of General Administration • The Business Administration Manager is a key player at Itmam supporting the development and delivery of the organisation's service focused information programs and initiatives. He has a key role in implementing and maintaining elements of Itmam's operating model and governance processes. Key tasks and responsibilities Support the head of public administration • Support the business planning team in implementing priority projects, shared strategic objectives and initiatives, by tracking the status of these initiatives, coordinating work between teams in Itmam and escalating any deviation from project plans. • Acting as a coordination point for information flows in Itmam, consolidating the MIS to give a comprehensive view of Itmam. • Act as Secretary of Itmam Exco ensuring coordination of development of major MIS packages, arranging meetings, preparing lectures and following up on procedures. General business administration • Support the business planning team in the conduct of management team meetings. • Facilitate the delivery of client and internal meetings and visits to Itmam. Prepare presentations and materials to support these visits. • Coordinating the collection of Itmam’s success stories and achievements and arranging for their publication. • Produce and present formal/informal conclusions and complex analysis in a clear and easily digestible manner, including but not limited to summaries, presentations and forums. • Communicate with department leaders and our business partners to develop, implement and maintain effective solutions. • Support the commercial planning team in tracking all aspects of ITMAM personnel. This course will be the central point of contact for all items related to tracking employee training, employee leave, employee onboarding, etc. • Organizing quarterly work planning sessions for the OHI program and collaborating with ITMAM MT and department heads to track related actions. • Central point of contact for tracking all ITMAM RnR programs and associated budgets • Own and manage the internal ITMAM page.
