Ensure Company chartered vesselsare operated as per contractual requirement in a safe, efficientand economical manner in full compliance with the best operationalpractices;Liaise with Third Party VesselOwners, Commercial Department and vessel Masters and monitor thatcertification in place as percontract;Undertake vessel visits to monitorcompliance for equipment and crew to meet contractual requirementsat all times and interphase between client and Owners asneeded;Interact on regular basis with clientsand attend operational meetings asnecessary;Project Manage vessel mobilizationend-to-end with support from Agency, MSM, Engineering andCommercial Departments;Active coordinationwith all stakeholders for vessel planning for operations/maintenance;Actively promote safety awarenessamong all Company Owned and CharteredVessels;Assist in internal and external auditsof Chartered and Project Vessels;Co-ordinateContract compliance in conjunction with all stakeholders and liaisewith clients and owners for contractualissues;Ensure operations/work processes occurin accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and any otherstandards and requirements to which compliance isrequired;
