Job details
This position is responsible for ensuringthat payments are made in a timely and accurate manner according toapproved policies & procedures. He/she also ensures thatall relevant records are completed and accuratelyposted. Ensure thatinvoices are correctly coded, posted into the system, andadequately attached with relevant documents such as PurchasesOrders, Banquet Event Orders, etcEnsure thatall payment requisitions are approved by relevant Department Headsor Division HeadsEnsure that journal entriesinterfaced from the Cost Control/Receiving Office arecorrectPost all manual cheques into thesystemSchedule and make electronic paymentsaccording to approved policies &proceduresEnsure that all expenses for themonth are posted and necessary accrualsmadeEnsure that Accounts Payable aging tallywith General LedgerUpdate creditors'reconciliation to ensure our records tally withcreditor's statementCheck dailyF&B invoices interfaced from Cost Control to ensure theaccuracy of prices and quantities against delivery orders andpurchase ordersMake accurate and timelypayments to creditors according to approved policies &proceduresEnsure that payments are sent out tocreditors on time
