Respond to all requests forquotations from internal parties within 24 hours from initialreceipt and provide reports to the supervisor - CustomerRelationship.Respond promptly to the problemsof the customer related to the service provided tothem.Monitor the shipments on a daily basis,deal with any issues that may occur such as: lost shipments, SOBstatus, shipment status, container loading and positioning andquoting).Liaise with all overseas agents,majorshipping lines and airlines in procuring the best rates as per thecustomer's requirements.Maintainrecords of interactions/shipments with the customers in an orderlymanner.Participate in the business activitiesfor the company in cooperation with the Business Development teamand other relevant departments to ensure proper coordination oforders or customer's requirements is highlymaintained.Coordinate with the operationdepartment to find solutions and resolve matters related tocustomer's queries.Ensure a highlevel of customer satisfaction and maintain a closed contact withall customers - including follow up on concerns or otherissues.Assist A/R collections and support teammembers when needed.Perform other job-relatedduties as assigned
