Language Skills: Intermediate English Preferred candidate who has previous experience in container/non container Sea Ports or Heavy Equipment Agencies in Middle east Task Description:Carry out mechanical maintenance and repair works for the Heavy equipment. Repair and maintenance of the heavy machineries such as telescopic cranes, reach stacker, empty container handlers, Spreaders, on- road trucks ,terminal tractors, forklifts ,wheel loaders , trailers and other heavy equipment. Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults. To provide an estimate for work to be done including bill of required material and estimated labor time before commencing work. Repair and replace damaged or worn parts. Perform overhauling for Engine, Transmission, PTO, Gearbox and differential. Dismantle/reassemble equipment (under supervision of Line Manager if required) as and when required. Read and understand operating manuals, service manuals, mechanical and hydraulic drawings. Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment. Test mechanical equipment after repairs or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications. Ability to perform work in a workshop and outside environment. Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
