Excellent academic records with alaw degree from a top US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australian or UKlaw school;Minimum of 5 years legal experiencein a law firm or corporate law department of nationalreputation;Active Bar membership (if licensedin the United States)/practicingcertificate.Outstanding analytical, writing,and oral presentation skills;Excellent writtenand oral communication skills;Proven projectmanagement experience, strong drafting andproblem-solving/analytical skills, excellent organizational skills,as well as the ability to work well under pressure while producinga high volume of accurate work;Constructiveapproach to dealing with conflict, and ability to influence andachieve successful results without damagingrelationships;Ability to expeditiouslyidentify and assess issues and provide legally soundrecommendations consistent with good business practices andreason;
