If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, consider joining this dedicated team!Candidate Requirements:✅ Proficiency in the German language at a B2 level (Candidates who do not meet this requirement initially may still be considered, with the possibility of undergoing language assessment in the coming weeks)✅ Preferred background in nursing with previous experience✅ Desire to work in a nursing home environment✅ Demonstrated social skills, along with physical and psychological resilience✅ Ability to take responsibility, strong communication skills, and a proven capacity to work effectively in teams✅ Clean criminal recordDegree Recognition Process in Germany:✅ Newly hired employees will engage in a comprehensive preparatory course and proficiency assessment lasting approximately 6 months. This program commences 4-6 weeks after the candidate's arrival in Germany, following the application for an education voucher through the German Employment Agency.✅ Participants will be equipped with a laptop and headset for course participation. The course structure includes an intensive week, followed by two days of classes per week (Monday and Tuesday), complemented by practical training within the facility and hands-on experience as a nursing assistant.Integration Support:✅ A dedicated contact person within the facility will be available to address both work-related and personal inquiries, facilitating smoother integration into the team and community.Relocation and Housing Assistance:✅ Housing accommodations will be arranged, with rent deductions from the salary to alleviate initial financial burdens upon arrival in Germany.
