• Proven experience as a Fast FoodRestaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-foodindustry. • Strong knowledge of fast-food operations,including inventory management, food safety, and quality control.• Exceptional organizational and project management skillsto successfully oversee pre-opening and launch activities.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills tocollaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead a diverse team.• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, make sounddecisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related tofood service operations in Qatar. • Flexibility to workevenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the pre-openingand launch phases.
