Responsiblity:Schedulingtransportation services, allocating drivers, and planningroutes.Negotiatingcontracts and processingpayments.Keepingtransportation operations within budget without compromisingefficiency.Processingtransportation documentation and monitoring drivers'logbookentries.Developing,implementing, and improving transportation policies andprocedures.Recruiting,training, and supervising drivers and transportation divisionstaff.Liaisingbetween management, drivers, andcustomers.Collaboratingwith internal departments to optimize transportationservices.Evaluatingdriver performance, handling customer queries, and resolvingcomplaints in a timelymanner.Complyingto transportation regulations and companypolicies.
