Job Description:Theoperations and activities of QatarEnergy and its affiliates areconducted at various onshore locations, including Doha, Dukhan andthe Mesaieed and Ras Laffan Industrial Cities, as well as offshoreareas, including Halul Island, offshore production stations,drilling platforms and the North Field. Thriving on a spirit ofenterprise, each of our joint ventures is underpinned bytransparency. (ads1)Job Responsibilities: Direct staff capabilitydevelopment and operational excellence in the Fire and EmergencyResponse services. Manage the fire protection and assuranceprocesses in RLC, MIC, DCA and Halul. Direct the implementation ofan integrated approach for emergency response planning inQatarEnergy and other Asset Operators to ensure protection ofpeople, assets, environment and operations. Job Requirements:Proven experience in executing major performance improvementprograms. Ability to deal with senior management inside QatarEnergyand external stakeholders. Strong leadership, management, decisionmaking, networking and influencing skills. Excellent communicationskills in English and preferably Arabic. At least 20 years ofexperience in HSE role with 10 years in Fire Protection/EmergencyResponse in the oil and gas industry.
