EPRS HSE Engineer providesnecessary support and assistance to the EPRS Division to ensure allaspects of the division has the HSES Systems and processes servicesand support needed to achieve project goals related to safety,environmental, regulatory, industrial hygiene, occupational health,security, emergency preparedness andresponse.Provide oversight and guidance forHSES regulatory compliance performance during all phases ofemergency pipeline repair lifecycle activities, Champion onsitesafety awareness and safe performance with Contractor. MonitorContractors activities for compliance with Contractor approvedProject HSES procedures during all phases of emergency pipelinerepair lifecycle activities.Ensure fullcompliance with company systems and processes during all phases ofemergency pipeline repair lifecycle activities. Prepare Safetyplans to support effective projectcompletion.Implement and uphold the Companyhealth, safety, and environment requirements throughout project/work execution.Review contractor deliverablesand Safety study reports to support the development of the HSESPlans and Procedures.Participate in design andHSES reviews (DRA, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, risk assessments) and verifyrelated risk and reliability issues are closedout.
