The role holder is responsiblefor the assessment and management of training partners and externaltraining providers. The role holder also clarifies the overalltraining demand in Kahramaa and ensures compliance with establishedinternational and regional regulations. Furthermore the role holderderives implements a marketing strategy and measures for internaland external stakeholders.CoreResponsibilities: Responsibility for marketing activities in Kahramaa and the RegionMiddle East Strategic planning oftargeted marketing activities Alignment with internal and external partners Responsibility for marketingbudget Communication andclarification of training needs with business department. Assessment of training partners Works in cooperation withQuality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing andmaintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification Carries out and ensures thecompliance of all activities within the Department are inline withKahramaa health and safetyregulations.RequirementsCandidateshould be holder of:Holder of Business Administrationdegree or Learning & Development Specialisation withMarketing Certification. Thecandidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer.5 years of experience in asimilarposition
