job Description: HCM TechnicalConsultantPositionOverview:We are looking for a skilled HCMTechnical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate shouldhave a solid technical background with handson experience inconfiguring and customizing HCM applications. The role involvescollaborating with clients and functional consultants to deliverintegrated HCMsolutions.Responsibilities:Customizeand extend HCM applications to meet clientrequirements.Develop interfaces andintegrations between HCM modules and othersystems.Perform data migration andconversion activities as part of HCM implementationprojects.Provide technical expertise inareas such as Oracle HCM Cloud SAP SuccessFactors Workday orsimilar platforms.Collaborate withfunctional consultants to design and implement HCM solutions thataddress client needs.Troubleshoot andresolve technical issues related to HCMapplications.Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.45 years of experience in HCMapplication development andcustomization.Proficiency in programminglanguages such as Java JavaScript orSQL.Experience with HCM APIs web servicesand middleware technologies.Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills.Abilityto work effectively in a teamenvironment.Duration: 3 Months (withpotential for extension)middlewaretechnologies,data migration,customizing,hcm technicalconsultant,cloud,hcm apis,interfaces,webservices,troubleshooting,integrations,java,workday,configuring,conversionactivities,problem-solving,oracle hcm cloud,sql,teamenvironment,sap successfactors,analyticalskills,javascript,programming languages,collaborating,resolvetechnical issues
