Job Description: QatarPetroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to joinour team in Doha. As an entry-level position, this role is perfectfor someone looking to gain experience in the energy industry anddevelop their customer service skills. The ideal candidate will beenergetic, adaptable, and possess strong presentation and analysisskills. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries,complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner -Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain aclean and organized work environment - Build and maintain positiverelationships with customers - Provide support to the CustomerService team as needed - Assist in developing and implementing newcustomer service strategies Requirements: - 1 year of customerservice experience preferred - Energetic and adaptable personality- Strong presentation and analysis skills - Ability to work well ina team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solvingskills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - High school diploma orequivalent
