Looking for a MALEcandidate to perform a variety of complex administrative dutiesinvolved in Secondary School operations including instruction andschool planning. Administer the policies and guidelines of theschool system and provide administrative assistance to the VicePrincipal. Implement disciplinary procedures and policies relatedto student behaviour and achievement. Supervise the resolution ofstudent, parent and teacher concerns; report student progress toparents and appropriate school system offices periodically. Otherrelated responsibilities as assigned by Principal. RequiredQualifications • Masters Degree in Education or Leadership• Bachelor Degree in a Secondary Teaching Subject from arecognized University (From the UK preferred) • TEACHINGLICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZAand Scandinavian countries • Must be Native Englishspeaker or near Required Experience • Minimum 3 yearsteaching experience at Secondary grade level (In the UK preferred)• Minimum 2 years experience as a Head of Secondary or ina similar leadership position • Culturally sensitive,dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changingenvironment • Organizational and management practices asapplied to the analysis and evaluation of secondary schoolprograms, policies, and operational needs.
