The OpportunityAs a Product Manager at KUDO, you will play a pivotal role inshaping the user experience and front-end product strategy of ourplatform. Leveraging your expertise in UX/UI design and productdevelopment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams todefine product requirements, prioritize features, and drive theexecution of initiatives aimed at enhancing user satisfaction andengagement. Primary Responsibilities • Lead thedevelopment and execution of the UX and front-end product roadmap,aligning with overall company objectives and user needs. •Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gatherinsights and identify opportunities for product improvement.• Define and prioritize features based on user feedback,market trends, and competitive analysis. • Collaborateclosely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensuresuccessful delivery of product enhancements and features.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups tocommunicate product vision and requirements effectively. •Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure consistent andintuitive user experiences across all touchpoints. •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluateproduct performance and iterate on features for continuousimprovement. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-enddevelopment. Requirements • Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field. Advanceddegree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in productmanagement, with a proven track record of delivering successfulUX/UI-focused products. • Strong proficiency in UX/UIdesign principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Adobe XD,Sketch, Figma). • Solid understanding of front-endtechnologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive designframeworks. Experience conducting user research, usability testing,and analysis to inform product decisions. • Familiar withtools such a Jira. • Excellent English communicationskills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborateeffectively across teams. • Strong analytical skills withthe ability to interpret data and metrics to drive productdecisions. • Passion for creating exceptional userexperiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
