About theRole:Asa SailPoint Consultant you will be expected to contribute to thedelivery of SailPoint Projects to our clientsprofessionally.Weare looking for professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience forour Identity and Access Management Practice (IAM). Candidatesshould be self-starters with a track record of problem-solving,excellent communication, and participation in a diverse range ofprojects.RolesandResponsibilities:Managementand delivery of client engagements while ensuring quality and valueadditionTrainingentry-level professionals in understanding IAMconceptsServeas an escalation point for project services andincidentsCollaboratewith other leads to support implementation of secure IAMsolutionsCollaborateon the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects and initiatives ina fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring that new functionalitiesand integrations satisfy the businessneedDesign,deploy, implement and integrate SailPoint with criticalapplications andinfrastructureConductresearch and use knowledge of competitive solutions to addresseffectively and solve customerchallengesPerformhands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of thetechnicalinfrastructureAssistBusiness Analysts with documentation of detailed functional andtechnical requirementsDevelopprocedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenanceactivitiesStrongworking knowledge of Java and the ability to writescriptsDevelopdocumentation, workflow diagrams, and testscriptsProvidetimely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds clientexpectations including coordinating the development and executionof the consulting work plan and clientdeliverablesRequirementsExperiencewith SailPoint implementations, preferably in a consultant rolewith client exposure, in complex and diverse customer environments4-5 years of proven experience in the relevant domainHavea good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms aswellAbilityto adapt to new technologies/tools as per businessrequirementsProficientin any programming/scripting languages will be an added advantage(Python, Java,PowerShell)Excellentwritten and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonalskillsAnyaccreditation for Identity tools is aplusExcellentanalytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitiesStrongtechnical presentation and communication skills, both verbal andwrittenMustbe able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energyenvironmentAbilityto work independently, adapt quickly, communicate the requirementsand design directly with customers and maintain a positive attitudeReadyto quickly learn upcoming IDMtoolsBenefitsLocationandCommitments:Fulltime opportunity3months of probationaryperiodFlexibleworking hoursOpportunityto work remotely/ work from Hyderabad office/ work from anyco-working space nearyouEqualOpportunityProviderSecurDIis an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants willreceive consideration for employment without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protectedveteran status, sexual orientation or gender identity, or any othercharacteristic protected bylaw.Experience with SailPoint implementations, preferably in aconsultant role with client exposure, in complex and diversecustomer environments 4-5 years of proven experience in therelevant domain Have a good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFAplatforms as well Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools as perbusiness requirements Proficient in any programming/scriptinglanguages will be an added advantage (Python, Java, PowerShell)Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well asinterpersonal skills Any accreditation for Identity tools is a plusExcellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbaland written Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energyenvironment Ability to work independently, adapt quickly,communicate the requirements and design directly with customers andmaintain a positive attitude Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDMtools
