JobOverviewWereseeking to hire an experienced professionalEngineering Manager who shall oversee thedevelopment and execution of projects manages budgets and supervisemultiple teams. They collaborate with other management personnelprovide instructions to engineering teams and ensure the successfulcompletion of projects on time and within budget.The position is based in North LusailQatarEngineeringManager Key Responsibilities andDuties:Developand execute project plans considering timelines budgets andresources.Lead and manage a team of engineersproviding guidance support and fostering a collaborative workenvironment.Ensure engineering designs meetproject specifications standards andregulations.Oversee the construction phasecoordinating with contractors suppliers and ensuring compliancewith safety and quality standards.Monitorproject budgets control costs and seek efficiencies in resourceallocation.Identify potential risks anddevelop strategies to mitigate them ensuring projects are deliveredon time & within budget.Implement andenforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standardsin construction projects.Ensure projectsadhere to local state and federal regulations obtaining necessarypermits and approvals.Maintain clearcommunication with clients providing updates addressing concernsand ensuring satisfaction with projectprogress.Stay abreast of technologicaladvancements and implement relevant tools to enhance projectefficiency and outcomes.Address engineeringchallenges conflicts and unforeseen issues proposing effectivesolutions.Foster collaboration betweenengineering teams other departments and external stakeholders topromote seamless project execution.Identifyareas for process improvement implement best practices andcontribute to the companys overall efficiency andeffectiveness.Prioritize and enforce safetyprotocols on construction sites to ensure the wellbeing of workersand compliance with safetyregulations.Maintain accurate projectdocumentation including plans reports andcorrespondence.EngineeringManager Education andQualifications:BA inengineering construction management or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as ProfessionalEngineer MMUP etc. is a mustA minimum of 10years experience in InfrastructureConstruction.RemoteWork : No
