Review contracts for accuracy andprovide recommendations to ensure they comply with established SOXpolicy.Pricing policy and country specificlaw. Process contracts through Oracle and the order entry system toprovide clients with their deliverables andinvoice.Understand and adhere to all corporateguidelines for pricing, legal, product, Gold Notes, SOX and countryspecific laws.Review and help prepare allSales Agreements with Sales before presenting to Client; provideupdated language, calculation of credits for re-writes andrecommendations for edits or further approvals before submission toClient.Review order packages for accuracy andcompliance within booking guidelines, SOX, contractual language,country specific laws andpricing.
