Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operation Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and play a key role in supporting our employees and HR initiatives. Responsibilities:• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes• Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and tools• Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR processes and initiatives• Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance• Support HR reporting and analytics by gathering and analyzing HR data• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient HR services• Stay updated with HR industry trends and best practices Desired Candidate Profile• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar role• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems• Experience with HRIS systems and HR databases• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in MS Office applications• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations• HR certification or relevant professional qualification is a plus Company Industry ConsultingManagement ConsultingAdvisory Services Department / Functional Area HRHuman RelationsIndustrial Relations Keywords HR Operation Specialist Disclaimer: is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
