Job details
- Monitoring all mechanical engineeringnetworks aspects of the Project to ensure compliance with approvedand proper standards. - Inspects and test mechanical parts,assemblies and accessories prior to installation for conformance tospecifications and quality standards. - Liaising with the otherinspectors and other engineers to provide support and guidance asrequired. - Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigatetime and cost impacts for any required changes. - Liaising withClient representatives and management to flag and rectify anyissues which may arise. - Inspection of works carried out by thecontractor in respect of the works relative to mechanical networks.- Manage safety aspects when dealing with mechanical networksinstallations. - Provide reports on the progress of the mechanicalnetworks aspects of the project. - Expediting of NOCs from relevantauthorities if they appear to be stalled or in delay. Expedition ofapprovals from the contractor if it appears to be stalled ordelaying the Project. - Monitor mechanical installations to ensurethat only approved materials are being used in the permanent works.- Maintain registers of all submittals and testing, both on siteand off site. - Maintain full site records, including daily sitediaries in an approved format, and formal monthly progressphotography.
