Job details

- Assures proper installation, preventivemaintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and piping systemsto ensure their maximum service life and efficiency as well astheir optimal utilization- Assists maintenanceand operating supervision in troubleshooting problems with criticaland less critical machinery to be able to correct equipment issues,provides support in performing root causeanalysis- Performs corrective maintenanceactivities such as bearing change, opening of pumps for inspectionor unclogging, change oil or grease, realignment ofequipment,- Provides alternatives when equipmentfailure is impeding plant operation- Preparespermit to work documentation and follows the health and safetyrequirements such as safe isolation procedures (Lock Out / TagOut)- Understands drawings, schematics,P&IDs and supplier technical documentation forequipment- Report in written (English) regardingthe maintenance tasks performed, describing the activity properlyand giving relevant data records- Supervise thework of mechanical subcontractors if instructed to do so by theSupervisor- Reviews equipment repair to detectrequired design changes in cases where abnormal/customizedmaintenance occurs
